お父さまから引き継いだ耕作放棄地を自ら開墾し、郵便局の仕事をしながら週末農業を行なっている高橋さんのぶどうをワインに。輝く黒さに色づいた葡萄の皮の強さを引き出すように120日間の醸し（櫂入れ2回）を行い、メルローの芯のあるけどエグ味のない、優しい滑らかな味わいのワインです。低温での醸しと乳酸醗酵（M L F）から生まれるスルスルユルユルな感じは冷やしても常温でも大丈夫。いろんな場面でお楽しみください。つい、「ラ　ラ　ラ」と口ずさみたくなります。
