【特徴】
アレッサンドリア県の若手生産者。自社畑で育てたブラケットは南西斜面で造られ、平均樹齢は 25 年です。生産者のエンリコは、ブドウを3回収穫してからワイン造りを開始したのでテルツェットと名付けました。1回目は酸味を少し与えるため早めの収穫、2回目はフェノール熟成の最適な時期の収穫、3回目は味に変化をもたらす為の遅めの収穫です。 キュートな果実味と甘い香り。甘口ワインが好きな方にもおすすめです。かなり微発泡でほとんどスティルに近いです。冷やしめでお楽しみください。
