余市産デラウェア種を自然酵母でゆっくりと発酵させました。発酵前に果汁に果皮を漬け込んだ為に、白ワインですがオレンジ色の色調を持ち、味わいにも果皮からの旨みと複雑さが楽しめます。冷涼な北海道らしい酸と優しくしみる味わいが心地よいです。
清澄・濾過を行っていないので成分が沈殿しますが品質に問題はありません。
