斑鳩町の葡萄農家塚原さんのデラウェアを使用したワインです。ステンレスタンク、樹脂タンクにて発酵。
※2023年冬にテイスティングした時はまだ残糖感がありました。若干の発泡感あります。
香りの華やかさに驚きました。柑橘の爽やかさとりんごやメロンのようなジューシーさがやみつきで、あっという間に1本飲んでしまいます！（スタッフコメント）
